BTS Leak Detection are Partner Installer's for aquilar's. who are a UK-based company that manufactures and distributes leak detection equipment for water, fuel, chemicals, and refrigerant gases.
Its product line includes sensing cables and probes, alarm panels, and accessories for both commercial and industrial applications. ​

Our engineers are trained on their complete range and have extensive experience installing and maintaining their equipment.​​
Panels
Our range spans from a single zone simple panel (suitable for mounting in a cupboard in a kitchen or teapoint), through to a multizone digital model covering large areas and multiple zones. All our panels can interface with third party systems, such as BMS.
​Sensors
Our sensors monitor water, gas, oil, fuel, and various chemicals. We offer solutions for tea points, plantrooms, occupied spaces, and petro-chemical applications with single point sensors or continuous cables. These sensors are suitable for domestic, retail, commercial, and industrial environments.

Wireless
One of our areas of expertise is providing services for properties with valuable art and other assets. The finishes in these properties can include original or high-value features such as covings, architraves, marble, bespoke wallpapers, and mosaic floors, which do not allow for cable installation. We offer a completely wireless system for this specific application based on fire alarm technology that has been tested to rigorous standards, surpassing standard Wi-Fi systems.

BREEAM
BREEAM addresses a wide range of environmental and sustainability issues, enabling developers and designers to demonstrate the environmental credentials of their buildings to planners and clients. During the assessment procedure, credits are awarded for performance indicators across various areas.
BTS Leak Detection can supply a variety of aquilar products to assist with the assessment.
This includes major water leak detection (WAT03), water monitoring (WAT02), and assessing the pollution impact of refrigerants (POL 1).

Water leak detection
These products are used to monitor for water leaks in commercial and industrial settings, with applications including data centers, hotels, offices, and schools.

Leak sensing cables: The TraceTek TT1000 and TT1100-OHP water sensing cables are sensitive along their entire length and can report the location of a leak.

​Leak detection panels: aquilar offers a range of control units, from simple single-zone alarms to multi-zone systems like the AquiTron AT-SZA and AT-MZA. The TraceTek TTDM-128 is a digital panel that can monitor up to 128 zones.
